Real estate is a community business. The neighborhoods we help people buy into, the land we help preserve, the families we help get housed, it all connects back to the same places we live and work. Supporting organizations that strengthen and protect those places is just part of how we operate.

These are some of the causes and organizations we're proud to stand behind.

Community Impact Initiatives

 Land & Conservation

Bayou Land Conservancy: Bayou Land Conservancy works to preserve natural land along Houston-area streams and bayous for flood control, clean water, and wildlife habitat. In a region that knows firsthand what happens when green space disappears and water has nowhere to go, this work matters in a very practical way. We're proud supporters.

Artists Boat: Artists Boat is a Galveston-based conservation nonprofit working to protect coastal land along the Galveston Bay area from development. Through education, art, and land stewardship, they're preserving the natural coastal character of a place we care deeply about. If you've ever stood on the Texas Gulf Coast and hoped it stays that way, Artists Boat is doing that work.

Community Outreach

Star of Hope: Star of Hope has served Houston's homeless population for over a century, providing shelter, meals, and pathways to stability. It's one of the most respected and effective organizations doing this work in the city.

Houston Food Bank: The Houston Food Bank is the largest food bank in the country by distribution and serves millions of people across 18 counties in southeast Texas. Hunger relief at this scale requires sustained community support, and we're glad to be part of it.

Prison Fellowship: Prison Fellowship is the nation's largest outreach to prisoners, former prisoners, and their families who are working toward rehabilitation, restoration, and reintegration into community life. We believe in second chances, and this organization does that work with consistency and care.
