MEET THE TEAM
Jason Gracey
Co-Owner, Broker, Realtor
Jason Gracey has been helping Greater Houston buyers and sellers navigate real estate since 2003 — and in that time he's closed over a thousand transactions across just about every property type and situation you can imagine. His work spans residential homes, new construction, investment properties, farm and ranch land, leases, vacant lots, probate, and 1031 exchanges. He holds certifications in luxury home sales, negotiation, buyer representation, senior real estate, farm and ranch transactions, and new home construction.
Jason's approach is straightforward: ask the right questions, give honest answers, and work hard to get his clients where they want to go. He's been told more than once that he has a way of making a complicated process feel manageable — which, after 20-plus years, he considers one of the better compliments in the business.
Before real estate, Jason earned a degree in communication studies from the University of Houston and ran Polk Street Creative Resources, a video production company serving clients from Fortune 500 companies to nonprofits. The company earned three Telly Awards along the way. He's been married to Ruth since 2000, and together they have four children and one grandchild. When he's not working, you'll find him somewhere near a grill, a baseball game, a classic rock playlist, or a very good craft beer.
Ruth Gracey
Co-owner, Operations Manager
Ruth Gracey has been part of Greater Houston real estate since 2002, when she obtained her license and joined her aunt's property management brokerage. Over the years her role has evolved into the operational and marketing backbone of Great Houston Properties — handling the systems, processes, marketing, accounting, and behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly for clients and for Jason.
Ruth studied journalism at Texas State University before expanding into legal and marketing administration, a background that shows up every day in how she manages contracts, communications, and the details that matter most in a real estate transaction.
Outside of work, Ruth is a dedicated volunteer — her community service has included Scouting leadership, ministry work at Prince of Peace Catholic Community, and various nonprofit roles, earning her the Presidential Volunteer Service Award. She's also an exceptional cook, an avid reader, and a devoted caretaker of the family, the pets and the garden.
